• To process and deliver your order
• To send order updates, tracking and confirmations on WhatsApp
• For customer support and help after delivery
• To keep records for repeat orders

Communication

We talk to customers mainly on WhatsApp. We do not send marketing emails and do not use ad tracking tools such as Meta Pixel or Google Analytics on this website.

Sharing

We never sell or rent your data. It is shared only with our courier partners (such as Blue Dart) for delivery, and with Razorpay for secure payment processing. Your phone keeps your cart and delivery details on your own device so you don't have to type them again.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payments are handled by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

Your rights

To update or delete your details, message us on WhatsApp or email and we will do it promptly.
