By using this website or placing an order with Grace of God Organic Karnal, you agree to these terms.

Order confirmation

• An order is confirmed only after full payment is received through Razorpay. Orders sent on WhatsApp are not reserved until they are paid.
• No order is packed or dispatched without a confirmed payment. We do not offer cash on delivery.
• Our team confirms your order on WhatsApp. Only payments shown as received in our Razorpay account count as paid; a screenshot alone is not proof of payment.

Prices and stock

• Prices may change without notice because of season, sourcing cost and variety. The price shown when you pay is your confirmed price.
• If a price on the website is clearly wrong because of a typing or system error, we may cancel that item and refund it in full.
• Plants are seasonal. If an item you paid for is not available, we refund it as per the Refund Policy.

Nature of our products

• Plants, bulbs, seeds and saplings are living products. Small differences in size, shape, colour or leaves are natural.
• We always send the variety ordered. Despite careful sorting, an occasional variation can happen between similar varieties.
• Plants may look different from the photos because of their growth stage and season.
• Germination, growth, flowering and survival depend on care after delivery, which is in the customer's control.

Customer responsibility after delivery

Once delivered in good condition, the customer is responsible for planting, watering, fungicide treatment, soil, and sunlight. We give free guidance on WhatsApp and our YouTube channel Sameer Singh Garden, but we cannot be responsible for results that depend on after care.

Delivery

Shipping is handled by courier partners such as Blue Dart. We dispatch on time from our side but cannot be responsible for courier delays. Tracking details are shared once dispatched.

Damaged shipments

A continuous, unedited unboxing video is required for any damage complaint. If the damage is confirmed, we send a replacement or refund the plant cost.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Message us on WhatsApp straight away with your order number. Once handed to the courier, an order cannot be cancelled.

User conduct

You agree to give correct and genuine details, and not to misuse our services, make false claims or exploit our policies. If these terms are not followed we may cancel orders or refuse service.
